By combining a carbon steel body, a cone assembly and an elastomer sleeve the SF10V Control Valve provides superior resistance to abrasives and damage caused by H2S, CO2, icing and cavitation when compared to a typical spring and diaphragm valves. The SF10V has been designed with simplicity, functionality and the environment in mind which makes it ideal for gas, liquids, high pressures and temperatures applications. The SF10V is one of the only valves on the market today that can be installed in a compressor application to control both back pressure and pressure reducing applications with a single valve reducing inventory and costs.
Proven to work in the harshest environment the SF1015 Turbine Meter continues to be accurate to + 1%. Where other meters have failed to perform for more than a few months the SF1015 operates for years. Both the paddle wheel rotor design and the meter housing are designed to provide continuous use in the harshest environments with little or no maintenance required. The paddle wheels moves in the direction of flow, runs at a very low RPM, is removed from the fluids direct path making the SF1015one of the most durable meters available. The SF1015 can even be repaired without removing it from the line, reducing costs and eliminating environmental concerns.
The Roto-Boss is fastest, safest, most user friendly metering device in the market today. It is designed to provide five (5) orifice plate selections without the need to interrupting gas flow or to expose harmful gases and pressures to field personnel. The system allows the operator to manually rotate the orifice plate to utilize a different sized orifices or the orifice plate can be changed remotely thru the customer SCADA system. The Roto-Boss delivers consistent accurate metering, safety and savings without the down time associated with the conventional metering systems of today’s market place.
