QUEST MEASUREMENT INC – Quest proudly introduces our LEVEL-PRO level gauge system designed with over 25 years of inventive level gauge manufacturing experience. This latest "Best in Industry" liquid level gauge evolves directly from the experience and success of the inventor of the original Grimes/TPZ Gauge. The LEVEL-PRO combines vast instrumentation design experience with highly accurate Patent Pending technology to release the world's most advanced liquid level gauging system. The combined installation simplicity, reliability and accuracy goes unmatched along with an economical price tag suitable to meet all your tank gauging requirements.

The Durable and Dependable design of the LEVEL-PRO entrusts proven positive contact (316 SS float) with the fluid(s) for contact accuracy and reliability. The measurement technology closely monitors movement of the float to produce highly accurate fluid measurements. A Flexible Sensor string ensures simple shipping and ease of installation. Rigid SS Tube models are available for specific tank applications.

In a typical oilfield storage tank the system can be installed while the tank is in service through the thief hatch. The bottom weight, float and flexible sensor string is lowering into the tank by hand and then only requires an available ½” bolt hole (thief hatch bolt hole) to secure the system. The system design allows intrinsically safe cable to exit the sensor string through the same ½” bolt hole used to secure the system to the tank. Cable is then wired down to the LEVEL-PRO DIN rail mount 4-20mA transmitter. Installation is fast and simple with no need for Tank modifications or specialized equipment.

The LEVEL-PRO+ from Quest combines our Quest Data satellite MESSENGER with the LEVEL-PRO to offer economical and reliable data communication. Daily desktop data and Inventory Management has never been easier with automatic on-time fluid level reports emailed or messaged to designated users. Secure Web based Data Management Service (DMS) allows authorized users to review and download site information. High Alarm spill prevention and multiple alarm options keep you protected and informed. Simple load reporting options are available for Tank Truck operators to keep your team updated on load hauls and site information.
