Getting to the Show
Round the clock taxi service is available at Calgary International Airport through Associated Cab. Taxi stands are located on the Arrivals level. The approximate fare to Downtown Calgary is between $40 and $45.
Airport Sedan Service
For those travellers looking for premium transportation service, Airport sedans are available on-demand and are located on the Arrivals level adjacent to the taxi stands. The fare to Downtown Calgary is $54.95.
The airport has a number of car rental companies on-site. It’s recommend that you contact the car rental companies directly in advance of your visit to ensure availability.
Hotel Courtesy Shuttles
Several airport hotels offer courtesy shuttle service. Customer pick up is on the Arrivals level at Bus Bays 16 and 17. Please call your hotel from one of our phones located at Bus Bays 16 and 17.
Public Transit – To and from the Airport
Calgary Transit provides public bus transportation to and from Calgary International Airport (YYC).
Route 300 BR Airport/City Centre Service.
Board the Calgary Transit buses at Bus Bay 7 and 8, located across the roadway from the Arrivals Level of the terminal. Calgary Transit boarding passes can be purchased at Mac’s Convenience Stores on the Arrivals Level or at ticket vending machines located at Bus Bay 7 (debit, credit and coin payment accepted).
Public Transit – LRT – Light Rail Transit (CTrain)
Exhibitors & visitors staying near an LRT line can use this transportation to arrive at Stampede Park. Take Train 201/Red Line to Victoria Park/Stampede Station

Booking your Travel
The Calgary International Airport (YYC) is Canada’s third-busiest airport. Getting here is no more than one stop from every major city in the world. Here are a few sample flight times:
- Toronto – 3 hours 45 minutes
- New York – 4 hours 50 minutes
- Los Angeles – 3 hours
Once you’ve landed, Stampede Park is only 20 minutes from the airport, and there are plenty of taxicabs and sedans available.
